The flowers looked pretty much exactly like the picture, maybe even a little fuller. The colors were spot on, and the vase was the same one shown too. My mom sent me a pic when they arrived, and I was really happy with how it turned out.

I ordered a bouquet from terrysflorist.com for a birthday gift, and while the flowers were pretty, it was definitely smaller than I thought it would be for the price. The delivery went fine and it showed up looking fresh, which I appreciated since I was kind of rushing around that morning with coffee in one hand and my keys somehow missing. It still made a nice gift, but compared to the picture online, it just didn’t look as full. Not a bad experience, just more average than I was hoping for

"Unexpected fees at checkout"
I was ready to place my order, but then extra fees suddenly showed up at the very end of checkout. That’s really frustrating and feels misleading. I’ve already reached out to support about it, and if this isn’t addressed, I’ll be escalating the complaint because customers should see the full cost upfront.

I placed my order and waited to see how the whole thing would unfold. In the end, the drama was minimal because I did get what I ordered for the most part. There were maybe a couple little things that weren’t perfect, but overall it was mostly right and I wasn’t too upset about it.

The flowers were fresh and really pretty, and I liked that they came from a local florist. Delivery was smooth too, which is always a relief. the arrangement looked so good it was almost ridiculous.

The flowers were okay, but I felt disappointed once they arrived. They were a lot smaller than I expected for the price, and after all the extra fees, I really regretted spending that much. Delivery was fine, no issue there, but I kept thinking I could’ve gotten a fuller bouquet somewhere else for less.

I ordered flowers for my aunt’s birthday, and she called me almost immediately after they arrived to tell me how beautiful they were. She kept talking about the colors and how fresh they looked. I didn’t see them myself, so part of me is like, okay, what kind of floral operation are they running behind the scenes to make her this happy? But she sounded genuinely thrilled, and that’s all the proof I needed. The ordering process was easy too, almost suspiciously easy.

Ordering started off fine and felt simple, but the checkout part slowed things down a bit. I had to go back and double-check the delivery info twice, which reminded me of those times when you’re just hoping nothing gets messed up before you hit place order. It did go through in the end, so no major issue, but it definitely wasn’t the smoothest experience

"Flowers arrived looking tired"
I ordered flowers from Terry's Florist for my mom’s birthday, and I’ll give them credit that the delivery showed up on time. I remember feeling relieved when they arrived because I wanted her to have something sitting on the table when she got home.
But once we actually looked at them, my heart kind of sank. Some of the roses already had brown edges, and a few stems felt soft like they’d been sitting around for a while. It didn’t have that fresh, cheerful birthday bouquet feeling I was hoping for.
For what I paid, I really expected the flowers to last longer than a day or two. Instead, it felt like the moment was a little spoiled, and that’s the part I keep remembering. I’m disappointed and probably wouldn’t order from them again...

"Good Updates, But I Didn’t Love Waiting"
I had a good experience with Terry’s Florist overall. I called to check on my order, and once I actually got someone on the phone, they were nice and answered my questions clearly. I don’t have a ton of patience for being left wondering what’s going on, so I appreciated that they didn’t make the conversation difficult.
They also sent an update when the flowers were out for delivery, which was helpful because I really don’t like having to chase people down for basic info. The only annoying part was waiting on hold longer than I expected, but in the end the communication was good and the order worked out fine.

I ordered flowers from Terry’s Florist for my aunt’s birthday and they actually got there the same day, just like I asked. I was so relieved because I placed the order kind of late?? My aunt said the flowers looked really nice too. Delivery went smoothly and I didn’t have any issues

"Order cancelled, but at least the refund was fine"
I ordered same-day flowers, but later on they cancelled it because they couldn’t fulfill the order. Frustrating, especially since I had to scramble to find another florist at the last minute. I also had to wait in the customer service queue longer than I’d have liked, which didn’t help. To be fair, they did reply eventually and the refund came through without any drama, so it wasn’t a complete disaster. Just not a great experience overall.
